Divine Self/Love: A to Z Blogging Challenge

Today was a “me” day. I try to take these on a frequent basis, but have been rather lax about them as of late. I could really tell! Because it felt as though I needed it much like water or even my next breath today, and when I took it? It felt as though a heavy weight was lifted off of me.

Do you devote time or even a full day to “feeding” your soul? Your spirit? It’s definitely a needful thing.

That, I believe is a form of Divine Love – an honoring of our Divine Self.

If you don’t take such days, I highly recommend it!

Tomorrow is the New Moon. Why not set an intention for better self care?

Until next time, dear friend, may you be well and take time to honor your Self.

I do try to take self care days, but if I’m honest they rarely happen. I know I need to make more effort to prioritise them

It’s funny how self-care often becomes just one more thing on our to-do list, isn’t it? I definitely “get it” because I often run into that challenge myself. But, if it was one of our loved ones we needed to take care of, we’d be right on top of it. Maybe “make a date” with yourself? And it doesn’t have to take long or be something extravagant. Something as simple as a cup of tea (or your favorite beverage) while reading a good book for 15 minutes.

Good luck! And thank you for coming by! I do enjoy the company. 😀
